Conquering a dire threat to Australia

– using God’s wisdom –

Previous posts discuss the threat …………… so it’s appropriate to explain what, why, and how to fix it.

Introduction:

God’s laws are the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Jesus came to fulfil the law: Matt 5: 17 -18 (NKJV)

17: Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18: For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.

What:

This legality allows the enemy to have a ‘field day! The more the persecution of a good man serving God, the greater the enemy has rights to advance against a nation.

This advance has become an avalanche – that, if not addressed will snowball into the abyss of a 5th world country.

Is this an exaggeration? Sadly, the answer is ‘No’.

Has this happened before? Just as sadly, the answer is ‘Yes’.

Why:

Australia, via it’s ‘rulers / government’ has broken God’s law, causing a legality to occur. The legality, or legal right, that exists over Australia was created over the last 9 year period through a sequence of unrighteous acts of the government officials towards Agape Ministries International (AMI) Church, it’s Pastor, Rocco Leo, a Man of God and his fellow Ministers.

How:

 We can turn back to God’s ways (ie Christianity – keeping His laws) that served us so well, for so long!

Australia can get back from it’s current downhill slide. It can avoid destruction of a wonderful way of life as we know it.

A salutary example (Biblical):

Jeremiah, God’s vassal, was so grievously treated by King Zedekiah that the Lord gave the entire nation over to a despotic and cruel state, ruled by the infamous King Nebuchadnezzar.

At the Lord’s bidding Jeremiah cautioned Israel’s King Zedekiah to turn from his evil ways. He explained the King was to stop his unrighteous persecution of Jeremiah, an anointed and appointed Man of God, otherwise the hand of the Lord would be against him, his family and the country.

King Zedekiah rejected God’s warnings. His Government turned to their own god (ie. their own intellect), raising it up (ie. idolising it) above God’s wisdom.  Jeremiah: Chapters: 2-3 (NKJV)

The outcome?

Not only was the land judged – severe drought and famine, but as King Zedekiah (ruler / government) persecuted Jeremiah, the country was attacked and seized by a brutal foreign regime – Babylon and it’s ruler, King Nebuchadnezzar.

Babylon annihilated most of Judah and enslaved the remaining people under it’s tyrannical rule. Jeremiah: Chapters: 14-15 (NKJV)

 Avoiding King Zedekiah’s mistake:

By reversing the persecution that caused Pastor Leo and the Ministry team to be exiled in Fiji for the past nine years, Australia will also reverse it’s own destiny.

Through restoring what has been misappropriated from AMI Church, charity, Pastor Rocco Leo, the Ministry team, and all others caught up in this government persecution in accordance with the Holy Scriptures the Hand of God will move swiftly to bless the nation.

Summary

Man’s knowledge and intelligence are not superior to that of God. To think otherwise is foolishness.

God’s laws cannot be undone, only fulfilled.

The following letter was recently sent to the Prime Minister of Australia, the Honourable. Scott Morrison MP, by a supporter of Agape Ministries International, Pastor Leo and the Ministers.

This correspondence provides examples that compare the two very different approaches by these two nations to an anointed servant of God who has constantly and consistently borne ‘Good Fruits’.

And it further explains the terrible consequences for nations, according to what the scriptures of the Lord (Bible) say, about those condemning a Church and its Ministers doing the Lord’s work.

Dear Prime Minister,

re: President’s Medal of the Order of Fiji (MOF)

The Man of God, Pastor Rocco Leo, from South Australia has been honoured by the President of Fiji, the Honourable Major General Jioji Konrote; being awarded the
Medal of the Order of Fiji.

This honour was bestowed on Friday 12th July 2019 at the official Investiture Ceremony at the Presidential Palace in Suva, with great pomp and ceremony. (Brass band, regalia etc.) It represented, the President said, the acknowledgement and gratitude of the Government, toward a select few individuals who had made a significant contribution to Fijian society.

The President said that he thanked specifically the Lord Jesus Christ for these individuals, and highlighted that the supreme importance of a nation showing gratitude in this way for outstanding contributions, IS the essence of its prosperity and blessings from God UPON a nation.

Gratitude and recognition by the Highest authority unto God was the key here, that he understood, and that he emphasised. He didn’t say it was the economic prowess of its leaders that determined the blessing upon a nation – NO! It was specifically the gratitude of the Government UNTO God for the outstanding contributions of those doing good.

Why is it important to highlight this at this time? Because, simply we have a national existential emergency on our hands in Australia, and a legality (a legal right) hangs over the nation like a noose if not dealt with quickly.

Fiji happens to be a country that strategically for Australia is very important. I write to you with utmost respect sir, to highlight from God’s perspective (namely Bible scripture) that shows us God’s wisdom, and what is needed as a way out of any national emergency. Proverbs states that in all your ‘getting’ make sure you get wisdom and get understanding. This is the only way for Australia’s fortunes to turnaround for the better. No amount of earthly intellect can do this – it’s now God’s way or no way out.

The legality, or legal right, that exists over Australia was created over the last 9 year period through a sequence of unrighteous acts of the South Australian Government officials towards Pastor Leo, a Man of God and his fellow Ministers and Agape Ministries International (AMI) Church.

This is based on biblical wisdom, for when a Government persecutes an anointed Man of God that consistently is producing good fruit for the Kingdom of God, a legal right against the nation is created. The more the persecution of a good man serving God, the greater the enemy has rights to advance against a nation.

How do you know he is good? Look at his fruits (healings) that continue till today. Matthew 7:16 says ‘You shall know them by their fruit’ (ie: what they do).

The nation of Fiji has recognised this, and honoured his efforts.

However Australia’s persecution of this Man and his Ministers is still continuing and so the strength of the legality (God’s law) is against the country. The ATO unrighteously sold Pastor Leo’s house and personally-owned Church building (that he allowed the use of for a Church) and has been allowed to sell other church assets to attempt to destroy the Man of God and is still greedily condemning him, with trumped up double tax assessments (…), and also for Minister Joseph Veneziano (…).

This legality of unrighteously pursuing those serving God, if not halted IMMEDIATELY, reversed, and recompensed as soon as possible, will by the Word of the Lord, cause severe and irrevocable consequences for the land. See Ezra 7: 24, Book of Jeremiah, Exodus 22: 28, Acts 23:4

Unless all of this is reversed according to the many letters of correspondence and information sent to your office by Pastor Leo, this legality over Australia will intensify to complete chaos. The Word of God states this, not merely a man or a woman. It is God’s wisdom we are wagering against.

Scripture shows us God’s wisdom to overcome any national threat.

Jeremiah the Man of God was warning Israel’s King Zedekiah to turn from his evil ways and to stop persecuting him, as the hand of the Lord would be against his family and the country. He rejected God’s warnings and his Government turned to their own gods – namely their own intellect above God’s wisdom. (Jeremiah Chapter 2-3 NKJV)

Consequences? In Jeremiah Chapter 14-15 we see not only was the land judged with severe drought and famine, but as King Zedekiah (Government) persecuted Jeremiah, the Man of God (Pastor Leo) further by exiling him (to Fiji), the country was attacked and seized by a foreign brutal regime – Baylon’s King Nebuchadnezzar (modern day Iran or will it be China?) that annihilated the country and enslaved the remaining people under Babylon’s repressive regime.

I beg of you, with all sincerity and love of the Lord, Prime Minister, please do not make the same mistakes as King Zedekiah of Israel in rejecting Jeremiah the Man of God (Pastor Leo’s) or God’s warnings, for as each passing day unfolds more and more threats lie at the country’s doorstep (economic housing crisis, geo-political threats China etc. just to name a few)

I would like for you to see a comparison of when a GOVERNMENT blesses a representative/ Man of God, and when a GOVERNMENT persecutes a Man of God.

In this case specifically as it pertains to Pastor Rocco Leo of South Australia.

  •  Where one Government (AUS) persecuted a Christian man out of his country, another Government (FIJI), has exalted him with the highest civilian honour– the Medal of the Order of Fiji.
  •  Where one Government has called a man a criminal, another Government has called a man a hero.
  •  Where one Government slapped a trumped up ATO tax bill on the Man of God, to take his house, and all his assets, dragging him through the courts for 9 years, over a fake news media storm (orchestrated by corrupted SA Government officials trying to arrest Mining rights held by Pastor Leo), and threw his three generations of family out onto the streets, destitute; another Government has welcomed him with open arms, and given him a safe place to stay.
  •  Where one Government has allowed its greedy ATO officials to ‘make an exampleØ
    of him’, another Government is applauding him for being an example for others.

The consequences of all of this?

  •  Where one Government is facing economic hardship, the other Government is facing unprecedented strong economic growth for the last 9 years straight! (Fiji 4-5% p.a.).
  •  Where one Government is facing severe drought, another is enjoying abundant rain and fertile land with bumper crops.
  •  Where one Government denounced this Man of God (ATO officials, their lawyers, former Senator Nick Xenophon, Frank Pangallo, member of SA Legislative Council, former SA Police Commissioner Malcolm Hyde, former SA Minister for PIRSA, Paul Holloway MP & ors), another Government’s Head of State is praising the Lord Jesus for him; and so it is receiving blessings from heaven on the land and its peoples.
    (Eg: God has allowed Fiji to be strategically elevated geo-politically to be in the box seat now, having a ‘big brother’ nation submit to it for security alliances. This is the hand of God.)

Please, with the greatest sincerity, I plead with you to consider the scriptures and see that what God is saying to you is the truth. Not what government officials or the media has trumped up, and fed your intelligence. [omitted ]

I pray, in Jesus name, that you act quickly to rectify all of this. The laws handed down on Mt Sinai unto Moses, by God Himself, even deems that it is unlawful to revile a religious ruler of the people (Man of God); ref. Exodus 22: 28, Acts 23:4; as it has severe consequences. The Lord puts a calling on our lives to do God’s bidding, and as President Konrote privately said to Pastor Leo, on Friday 12th July 2019; as the Head of State he doesn’t consider himself a politician, but a servant of God, and the President knows he has been placed in this position by the call of God upon his life; to serve the Lord Jesus and be guided by His wisdom ONLY, not man’s wisdom.

Pastor Leo (and Ministers Joseph & Mari Veneziano) have not ceased in earnestly praying for Australia EACH and EVERY day without fail whilst being exiled from their family and country. They do this at least 3 times daily. May you be blessed in meditating upon this Investiture event that has recently taken place, and may God’s richest wisdom be imparted unto you, to do God’s bidding in rectifying this grave injustice against Pastor Leo the Man of God (and his Ministers); in order to change the destiny of our dear nation Australia.

* Overcoming drought

In 2010, soon after Pastor Leo first arrived in Fiji a government official overheard his conversation with some people about the miracles God was using Pastor Leo (& Team) for, around the world. This ex-army man named […], from the Yasawa Islands excused and introduced himself to Pastor Leo. He asked the Pastor for urgent prayer for Fiji, as the country was experiencing a severe 10 month drought, and especially severe in the outer islands (Yasawa) where his village was based.

The Pastor asked him to call his Chief […] to see if he and the village men were willing to dedicate the next day unto fasting and prayer in thanksgiving for the drought to be broken, and an abundance of water to be delivered from above.

Up until then, the government was carting water supplies out to the islands, but it had become an expensive task for which they could not do for much longer.

[…] called and confirmed an emphatic YES!

The Chief had ordered not only the men of the 300 strong village but all women and even children to pray and fast from sun-up to sundown! Pastor Leo and the Ministers agreed to join them the next day in prayer and fasting.

By 5pm the following day, the rain came down in torrents, unabated for 3 days, that […] called Pastor Leo in joyous rapture; exclaiming they were swimming in rivers of fresh water! [The drought had broken for good]

Praise be unto God for his voice on earth of Godly wisdom. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. James 5:16 (NKJV)

What can you do? 

Check the facts. All information can be confirmed. This is the truth.

Act on the truth – petition your federal member of parliament – it’s time for politicians to do their job! To look after the people of Australia – You, your family, your friends, depend upon Australia dealing with this debacle before it is too late!

Thousands of Aussies impacted by ‘Acts of God’

Not so sure?

Ask the people who are trying to get their insurance companies to pay for the damages to their homes, cars, crops, droughts, cancelled flights etc.etc., and are being informed by their insurers that they’re not covered for ‘Acts of God’.

And these so-called ‘weather events’ are escalating:

Mid-December 2018

Powerful storms causing 55,000 homes to be without power in NSW – some for days, others for up to a week.

Hailstones the size of tennis balls smashing through house roofs and solar panels destroyed. Car windows smashed and bodies badly damaged.

Torrential rain and floods, from the Gulf of Carpentaria to Hobart

– engulfing the entire east coast of the continent.

 

Owen, the Zombie cyclone  re-forming to again smash far-north Queensland and the Northern Territory

December 2018: 65,000 lightning strikes in South Australia and storms causing great damage.

 

Dec 20 -22: South-east Queensland hit by massive storms with flooding, power outages etc.

Flights cancelled in Sydney and Melbourne due to bad weather and causing flights to/from other airports to be delayed or cancelled.

This disastrous weather will continue – becoming even more ferocious and unrelenting. Most of Australia will be impacted – in one way or another.

The Bureau of Meteorology admits they can’t predict the ‘super storm’ cells that erupt without warning.

Meanwhile chaos continues in the government of the land, with ‘mis-behaviour’ of more and more politicians (so-called servants of the people) exposed. And then there’s the banks’ misconduct…

Why is this happening?

Government is causing the mighty Hand of God to move against Australia

Has My Hand not made all these things? (NKJV Act 7: 50)

As mentioned in previous posts here and here many warnings have repeatedly been given to the authorities – politicians, bureaucrats, judges and others who have turned away from the truth as declared by the Man of God, Pastor Rocco Leo.

Their unrighteousness is causing these catastrophes. Make no mistake, it is the source. It is producing these adverse events.

No-one else. Nothing else.

Despite the years of unjustified attacks and persecution by these people Australia and Australians are greatly beloved to the Man of God, who was raised in this land. A land always known as a blessed country. Ps Leo is deeply concerned for the people, and constantly prays and fasts for Australia to be spared from the Hand of God.

Why?

Because the Australian authorities – government at federal and state level (politicians and bureaucrats) have attacked the Spirit of the Lord through God’s representative, the anointed and appointed Man of God and the House of God established 20 years ago.

By so doing – destroying what has been sanctioned by almighty God, these so-called servants of the people have caused a curse to be placed over the entire nation (which elected them).

This is why the Hand of God is moving towards great devastation for the country. “You who have forsaken Me,” declares the LORD, “You keep going backward. Therefore I will stretch out My Hand against you and destroy you; I am weary of relenting!” (NKJV Jeremiah 15: 6)

What has been stated in numerous written warnings IS coming to pass – quickly!

This ‘first world’ country will quickly deteriorate, sliding straight past second, third (unstable, poverty-ridden, relying on outside aid), fourth (exhibits the lowest indicators of socioeconomic development), and finally, slumping into the despair of a fifth world land of starving people (countries that don’t function at all & are dangerous).

It is important to understand that the deliberate and diabolical actions of these authorities have put Australia in this perilous position. Despite many attempts to point out the lies and provide mountains of evidence (truth) the unreasoned attacks continued until the House of God’s assets were entirely destroyed or stolen.

Those who could have intervened did not. Instead, hiding behind their positions and excuses – ‘I’m just doing my job / following orders’, defended and actioned the indefensible.

What can any Aussie who heeds this warning do?

Just as was done long ago in Egypt, each person who listens to the words of the Man of God (as the Hebrews listened to Moses in Exodus, chapter 12) needs to pray and fast continuously for personal protection against the plagues being moved by the Hand of God.  Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt (NKJV Exodus 12: 13)

This is God’s Law!

Indeed before the day was, I am He; And there is none who can deliver out of My hand; I work, and who will reverse it? (NKJV Isa 43: 13)

This WILL come to pass – unless the Australian authorities (from the Prime Minister down) who have been put on notice, take the right actions towards the House of God.

It doesn’t get any more serious than this!

It’s in the hands of each and every Australian now. The process has begun and accelerates faster and faster each day.

The truth:

God’s laws overarch any of man’s ‘earthly’ laws.

But Peter and the other apostles answered and said: We ought to obey God rather than men. (NKJV Acts 5: 29)

As the scripture says it’s against His ways (laws) to persecute a Man of God.

The Lord forbid that I should stretch out my hand against the Lord’s anointed. (NKJV 1 Samuel 26: 11).  

Let alone reviling a pastor who is interceding with God, for this nation, so that the curses don’t quickly overtake it’s people.

In plain English: God’s laws ‘trump’ any and all laws made by man. To ignore this truth is to invite consequences to fall upon us. And in this case catastrophic consequences.

‘Natural’ Disasters – A Plague Upon Australia

Is it a ‘natural disaster?

Or is it a plague?

How to know the difference? Read on….

Aussies have always taken great pride in their ability to ‘bounce back’ after natural disasters in this land described in Dorothea Mackellars’ famous poem I Love A Sunburnt Country “… flood and fire and famine..”

Until recent decades they were regular churchgoers who knew God, showed true gratitude and appreciated towards Him as Creator and giver of all that is good. Most turned to Him for help (as well as helping others).

Rev. R Johnson  who conducted the first church service in Australia, just a few days after the first landing quoted from Psalm 116, verse 12:  “What shall I render unto the Lord for all that He has done for me?” 

Today, many Aussies help out during tough times. Neighbours help neighbours. Anonymous donations pour in to assist with the cost of additional resources and stories of the kindness of strangers abound.

When bushfires strike the almost completely volunteer staffed country fire services swing into action. And this often includes travelling to fight fires in other areas when needed. Volunteers who can’t directly fight fires provide support services to the ‘frontline’. Food is prepared for the fire fighters, emergency accommodation, and often clothing etc. provided for those displaced by the bushfires.

Similar support services are activated when floods and storms occur with, the again mainly voluntary, State Emergency Services swinging into action as and when needed.

But what happens when these disasters are everywhere at once? And the number grows and grows, and grows…

Has it become a plague? A plague can be a curse. A plague can be an epidemic. A plague can be a scourge. A plague can be trouble.

A plague can be a divine chastisement. The plague of hail, with fire and thunder (ref: NKJV Exodus 9:13-33 ).

Plague is looming over Australia.

Warning was given – so many times over so many years…

In these times of constant technological advances seems we have grown accustomed to expecting that we can cope – but only to a ‘tipping’ point. And that point is almost upon Australia!

How many Aussies will call upon almighty God?

Not very many!

And how many heed warnings from Him?

(Warning: A warning is something which is said or written to tell people of a possible danger, problem, or other unpleasant thing that might happen.)

Recently there have been a number of notices sent to Australia’s government (the people’s representatives) cautioning the country about the dire consequences of it’s seriously adverse treatment of an anointed and appointed Man of God (by bureaucrats).

The terrible end result of their behaviour was clearly and concisely explained.

The actions needed to avert this catastrophic damage to the entire nation have been provided in plain English – there was, and is, no room for misunderstanding!

Each cautionary communication has been ignored – even those explaining what will happen to the country – the plagues that will be suffered by all who reside in the land.

This wilful refusal to take notice of these forewarnings of disasters to be visited upon the nation has led to the onset of widespread drought, fires, floods and storms across the continent.

These calamities will inexorably grow larger and larger. And the number of catastrophes will escalate. People will not know where to turn when major disaster after major disaster unfolds and the emergency services have stretched to and beyond breaking point.

God has spoken, and He will not relent – until the government restores what it has taken.

In short, unless the government authorities reinstate and return all they have appropriated from the house of God, and publicly apologise to the Man of God, Australia can expect that by the end of December 2018 it will be severely affected by many monumental ‘plagues’ such as never been seen before.

In no particular order, and without addressing the financial slide, or political chaos, here’s a few examples of what has already begun:

On the first day of summer, December 1, 2018 the Queensland country fire situation was, in the words of the state’s Rural Fires services spokesperson ‘so many fires of abnormal and unprecedented ferocity and intensity – spread almost completely along the eastern side of the state’ as these fires, many of which had by then been burning for days.

Qld Bushfires-Dec 2018The cause of many fires is attributed to lightning strikes.

Volunteers are flying in from all over the country to relieve the exhausted locals who have been fighting these fires for many days.

The Queensland Rural Fires spokesperson said there is no end in sight. Summer has just begun.

Most other parts of Australia are also vulnerable to bushfires.

A few days earlier Sydney received the average rainfall for the month of November in just two hours, causing widespread flooding and other major storm damage from the associated high winds. All public transport was seriously delayed, or completely cancelled for a day. Many people could not get to work. Those who did were advised to go home early by the Bureau of Meteorology because another blast of powerful wind and rain was due about mid afternoon.

Domestic and international flights were cancelled as only a single runway could be safely used. Frustrated and angry passengers clogged the airport as airline staff informed them the weather was considered to be as ‘acts of God’ which, for many their travel insurance (if they even had insurance) didn’t cover. These people were stranded without accommodation and would have to pay for another ticket to get to their destination.

A day or two before, South Australia suffered similar high winds and resultant damage to buildings, trees, and infrastructure that was unrelenting for three days. In the midst of this weather farming communities were decimated by the heavy rain and wind destroying the value of grain crops that had been nurtured all year and were now unsuitable to harvest.

The cost to Australia for these few days of ‘wild weather’ is still being counted – by the billions.

And the major drought destroying the livelihoods of so many Queensland and New South Wales farmers who have no feed for their stock will have major repercussions for the entire Australian population when the city dwellers realise the escalating meat prices are a direct consequence of this disaster. The many donations of hay and other stock fodder will be a mere ‘band-aid’ if the drought continues.

It’s time to act.

Before the plagues worsen.

Contact your local Member of Parliament (most seem to have forgotten they are supposed to represent their electorate). Lobby any, and everyone (especially media – mainstream & alternative / Social media) who can influence the government.

What if Australia is at grave risk of becoming a fifth world country?

It does seem a bit ‘melodramatic’ to make such a statement doesn’t it?

But what if it’s true?

What can we do?

This situation is a symptom of a people who have come to believe they can look after themselves. A people who don’t think they need their God anymore. A people who have turned away from God.

A people who, even worse than turning away, have spurned and persecuted the man whom God appointed; who had been living amongst them.

For more than seven years warnings were ignored, (for those who don’t read the Bible, so didn’t know what God had to say:

‘If my people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.’ 2 Chronicles 7:14 King James Version (KJV))

… these warnings were given to the government and the courts of the land many times over the years.

Unlike the newspaper headline ‘It’s too late… can’t avoid ‘economic apocalypse’ Australia can dodge total disaster.

How?

By the persecutors (Australian authorities) humbling themselves, asking the man of God to forgive them, and pleading with him to intervene with God for them.

And if you’re not one of these people you can still do something – petition them to do what they need to do – after all they are supposed to represent the people! They are supposed to serve the people of this great country – they have just forgotten it.

Remind them!

Rest assured, God is merciful and doesn’t want to bring retribution – He much prefers forgiveness.

Do we dismiss this looming calamity with a ‘wave of the hand’, or do we take a few moments to consider – ‘what if’?

It’s a huge risk to airily write it off – put it out of the mind…

The rot is widespread – and there are so many clues…

‘Economic Armageddon – $4 trillion blood bath…  the window for action had closed’ — a former Australian government ‘guru’ believes the $4 trillion wipe-out was just the opening act of his apocalyptic prophecy playing out. 

What could have caused an ultra conservative person such as John Adams, a former Coalition policy adviser to use such emotive language as ‘the economic earthquake hits’ and we’re heading for economic armageddon’ when writing about Australia’s financial position?

It seems to have deteriorated even further, a lot further, as he writes in Ten signs we’re heading for ‘economic armageddon’

‘Apocalypse’ and ‘Armageddon’ are strong, emotive words which are not the normal language of an economist, but these are not normal times.

Perhaps it’s because while Australia is distracted by the ugly death throes of a government that seems to be bent on destroying itself as these hapless politicians cling to an ‘Emperor with no clothes’, this nation is falling apart in so many ways that to list them would take a long time.

So I will attempt to touch the paramount; at least in my opinion.

  • Financial – debt has reached a level that, even if the frenzied spending was to stop today, our children, and their children will be paying back this albatross for most of their lives. Australian household debt as a proportion of disposable income continues to climb to a new record high and now stands at 190.4%. 
  • Legislation – red tape and green tape is strangling business (the only wealth creators), especially small to medium business which is the main employer and innovator.

Bureaucracy – drunk on unfettered power and other people’s money so many of these so-called public servants are almost completely out of touch with the real world. And if there’s anyone left in this leviathan with a conscience, and they become a whistleblower, the rest of the pack tear them to pieces, mercilessly destroying them.

  • The country’s economic advantage of cheap power (from in-country resources) has been carelessly thrown away causing industry to lose confidence in the government and head offshore, while the elderly and poor are choosing between buying food and paying astronomical power bills.

Meanwhile the madness continues as Australia’s natural resources are being sold to our competitors so that they can have cheap power.

  • Free speech is no longer allowed in what has become a truly Orwellian country where anyone attempting to speak about the unspeakable (ie the truth) they receive the same treatment as mentioned above. To voice an opinion that is different to the politically correct is ‘verboten’, and ugly accusations fly.

In some parts of the country anyone with the gumption to attempt to stimulate debate about some of the key issues concerning the general population is charged tens of thousands of dollars by police to protect them from the baying mob. Why? Because they are causing trouble by speaking the truth.

  • Kindergarten children are being taught about their sexuality and gender choices – a sinister ‘grooming’ for which their hapless parents pay exorbitant childcare fees (heavily subsidised by the government).
  • Tough-minded, resilient people of the land, many third, fourth or fifth generation farmers or graziers, the lifeblood of the nation, are on their knees. Many parts of the country have been suffering such severe drought conditions (up to 7 years) that the suicide rate amongst these normally tough, resilient people has reached 2-3 per week.

First forecasts for spring point to ‘intensification’ of dry conditions

The drought savaging farms across much of eastern Australia is likely to intensify in coming months, with odds favouring a continuation of below-average rain and warmer-than-normal temperatures.

  • ‘Green’ policies developed by people ignorant to the practicalities of caring for the land have led to fierce bushfires of an intensity not seen when knowledgeable people managed it.

  • Infrastructure is falling apart while government flood the country with migrants who can’t / won’t assimilate because of cultural differences that so contract ‘western civilisation’ and it’s values that the chasm is too great to close. And the welfare burden grows ever heavier upon the back of the long suffering and ever shrinking group of workers bow under the weight of their tax.
  • The Royal Commission into finance – banking, superannuation, financial planning, associated insurance etc. etc. has shone some light into the dark recesses of these so-called services. What has been revealed is so shocking that it almost beggars belief!
  • Banking executives knowingly robbing the dead, charging for services never provided – and thinking it’s quite acceptable to do so. After all it’s about profits – isn’t it?
  • Australian Superannuation funds (the fourth largest pile of money in the world) are being plundered by fee gouging managers and incompetent trustees and boards.
  • Government ‘watchdogs’ investigate, discover many breaches and do nothing about them.

Like the frog that is happy to be put into a water-filled pot and is having a leisurely swim, so doesn’t notice the gradual rise of water temperature until it’s too late – he’s been cooked!

We can ignore the disintegration. At our peril!

Some introspection, a glance or two into the mirror – some repentance, is a little uncomfortable, but the alternative is far, far worse!

Individual and collective change is coming – one way or another.

So why not be pro-active?

Check the facts for yourself – after all you, like all the rest of us will be impacted – big time!

Lobby your local servant = member of parliament (Who swore to uphold the laws ‘so help me God’).

Tax Office Ignores Truth

Numerous attempts have been made to bring to the Australian Taxation Office to face the truth.

And this truth?

The Australian Taxation Office only exists as a Statutory Body under the Public Service Act.

It should not have the right to act as judge, jury & executioner upon people it purports to serve.

It is a truth they have known about but ignored for many years.

Why can they continue to ignore it?

Because the justice system ignores it too!

Why? Because the justice system is also based on a tissue of misconceptions that not one judge or politician in Australia is prepared to address.

When a concerned citizen brings it the attention of the courts, the judge excludes the evidence.

How can that be right?

Well, it’s not!

So where else can a concerned citizen go?

To the media? Well, not really because they’re all asleep, or have put it into the ‘too hard’ basket.

It is going to be up to the sovereign people of Australia who care enough about the situation to agitate about the situation until a groundswell of people grows so great that they cannot be ignored!

I hear you wondering: ‘And why should anyone bother?’

Because without people caring enough to object those shadowy people pulling the strings in the background will continue to rob Australians blind!

How could this be happening without me knowing?

Sadly, it is incredibly easy – register the Parliament of Australia, and all state parliaments as corporations in another jurisdiction (eg USA) and alter the flow of taxation moneys. Change this flow of funds to the corporations – no-one will notice!

Unbelievable?

It is exactly what happened in the 1970’s. At the same time the Office of Taxation, a department of the Federal Government of Australia, was replaced by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

Don’t believe it? Fair enough – it is a bit difficult to believe!

Please check for yourself. If you can find a listing within the Federal Government Gazettes in the 1970’s that shows the ATO as a gazetted government entity, please let me know. By the way, when a concerned citizen tried to bring this to the attention of an Australian court by having all the gazettes brought into court this evidence was excluded by the judge. Why?

Because there was no record.

Since this time more than one ATO officer has admitted under oath that it is not an entity.

So why is a non-existent body allowed to rape and pillage the sovereign people of Australia?

In 1999 someone decided to challenge this situation in the court. In October 1999 the challenge was successful when the judge ruled in their favour.

After 6 panic stricken weeks a patch was devised. Poor laws patched up

Under the Public Service Act a Statutory Body was created – the ATO of today. This entity continues to oppress the sovereign people of Australia.

You may be thinking my words are a little strong? Perhaps…

Please advise me on more suitable words to describe a body that can levy an assessment of taxation due and payable at one day’s notice, with penalties of 90% and be supported by the laws of the land in so doing?

Australian legislation prevents any challenge to a deeming made by the Taxation Commissioner. Under this legislation the Commissioner can deem a fact to be true despite evidence said deeming being entirely false.

The taxpayer is then forced by the courts to pay without recourse to appeal until after paying. And if every cent and every asset has been taken by the ATO, with what can they appeal. How do they fight? Is there a lawyer who will represent them without being paid?

And this  is done by a shadow body that promotes itself as a ‘model litigator’ yet it ignores any semblance of justice. After all it doesn’t really exist anyway – except that the courts support it in robbing Australians.

Back to the crux of this post – to highlight the fact that the ATO is out of control – ignoring those it purports to serve.

What then?

Well, you can join the rest of the people ignoring it.

Or you can get the facts for yourself.

You can agitate. You can call for a return to Australia’s Constitution. Demand this from your local member of parliament. You can talk to others who care about the future of this country.

Australian Government ‘vaporware’

What a great slogan!

Pity it’s not true! Why not?

You’ve heard of vapourware?

[Vapourware is a term in the computer industry that describes a product, typically computer hardware or software that is announced to the general public, but is never actually released, nor officially cancelled. Vapourware first implied intentional fraud when it was applied to the Ovation office suite in 1983. The suite’s demonstration was well received by the press, but was later revealed to have never existed.]

Well, in Australia, the vapourware is the Australian Taxation Office.

For Australians who have been paying tax it’s a big problem!

Because the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) doesn’t really exist.

How can that be? After all, it’s been collecting 100’s of billions of taxpayers’ dollars since it’s creation in 1974, replacing the former Taxation Department (a Government Department). Note: All Australian Government legislation must be formally gazetted to become legal. The ATO was never gazetted.

It cannot be sued, because it simply does not exist.

The ATO is not a legal entity. Politicians know it. Public servants know it. Judges know it.

Yet the ATO is sanctioned by the judiciary to sue taxpayers and freeze their assets.

Banks collude with it to garnishee taxpayers’ funds, syphoning the money, then advising the account holders.

 

The court system is used to bully and threaten solicitors and barristers into avoiding any cases to address this mess.

The ATO ties taxpayers’ hands with its pay now / fight later strategy to bankrupt them, so they can’t mount court challenges.

Senior tax officers enjoy juicy bonuses based on a sliding scale or percentage of assessments levied; regardless of accuracy.

And in a classic case of massive conflict of interest, the ATO arbitrarily decides what debt (including outrageous penalties) is due. It then becomes the debt collection agency.

Unless people know the truth, and are prepared to loudly, and constantly object, until this disaster is addressed, nothing will change. This is an attempt to get the truth out there!

Taxpayers are people. People with a right to be treated fairly. With a right to question when something seems wrong. Currently these rights don’t exist. Public servants say there is an appeal process. The reality? It is not true.

It is time for this to change. Please become a part of this change.

As Australians, we had believed we were living in the ‘lucky country’- of golden sand, surf, and sunshine; free to live as we chose.

Free to love, free to work and free to worship as we chose…in the land of the ‘fair go’

Synonyms for unprincipled: devious / dishonest / deceitful / corrupt / wrong

Call us old fashioned, but we believe principled people check the facts before acting.
